By using this website or scheduling an inspection, you agree to these terms.
Home inspections performed by Plymouth Inspect follow the InterNACHI Standards of Practice. The inspection is a visual, non-invasive examination of readily-accessible installed systems and components at the time of inspection. The inspection is not technically exhaustive, does not evaluate code compliance, and does not predict future conditions.
Inspections do not cover items behind walls, buried in slabs, or otherwise not readily accessible. Specialty testing (mold sampling, lead, asbestos, pool chemistry) requires separately-engaged specialists.
Inspection reports are prepared for and limited to the named client. Third parties using the report do so at their own risk.
Plymouth Inspect's liability is limited per the inspection agreement signed prior to inspection.
