A Townhouse Inspection is a service that is generally conducted during the home buying process. Most homeowners have an inspection done on the property to determine the current condition of the home their looking to invest in.
When a townhouse inspection is conducted by our inspectors we will do a thorough inspection of the whole home, including the interior and exterior of the home. The inspection process is made up of multiple components that are of the following:
Electrical, HVAC, Moisture, Plumbing, Water Heater, Appliances, Floors, Walls, Ceilings, Windows and Doors.
After the inspection is complete our inspector will write a thorough and comprehensive report along with photos of their findings.
