A Duplex Inspection is a service that is generally conducted during the home buying process. Most homeowners have an inspection done on the property to determine the current condition of the home their looking to invest in.
When a duplex inspection is conducted by our inspectors we will do a thorough inspection of the whole home, including the interior and exterior of the home. The inspection process is made up of ten main components.
Attic, Deck, Electrical, Exterior, Foundation, HVAC, Moisture, Plumbing, Roof, Water Heater.
After the inspection is complete our inspector will write a thorough and comprehensive report along with photos of their findings.
